Where do the hotel rates come from?
From several wholesale hotel sources searched at once and merged into one list, so you compare rates across suppliers without integrating each one. Suppliers are never exposed to your customers.
Are the rates net or with commission?
Net rates. You add your own markup in the portal or in your system, and the platform bills your deposit at the net rate.
Can my customer cancel for free?
When the rate allows it. Every rate carries its cancellation rules, and a cancellation through the API returns what the rules allow, shown before you confirm.
Do you provide vouchers?
Yes: a branded voucher PDF and e-mail for every confirmed stay, in your agency's name.
